Starting 2025 with strength

We want to thank you for these fantastic 365 days of training during 2024. We know you’ve enjoyed the personal satisfaction after each training session, the comforting feeling of dedicating some time to yourselves, the shared laughter in every class, the triumph of pushing your limits, and the fun shared with the people you meet every day at the center.

Throughout 2024, you have been the central focus of our actions. We’ve gathered your feedback through satisfaction surveys and personal interviews to understand your needs and improve our service. As a result, we have implemented the following improvements:

1. New directed activities: Bodycombat, Aquadynamic, pelvic floor, Fitboxing, Mind Body, and Functional TRX.
2. Renovation of the CEM Colom training room: It was divided into eight training zones to offer a more complete experience: functional, relaxation, pulleys, lever machines, weightlifting, free weights, selectorized machines, and cardiovascular.
3. New express activities: New formats in the fitness rooms adapted to the latest trends, such as Cross Colom, Mobility, HIIT Tabata, Core, and Bootcamp.
4. Free Wi-Fi: Accessible at both CEM Colom and CEM Can Ricart.
5. Renovation of the CEM Can Ricart training room: Expansion of the strength area with new state-of-the-art machines and free weights, offering a more complete experience for everything from Olympic movements to muscle endurance exercises.
6. New high-intensity training space at CEM Can Ricart: A new bootcamp room for high-intensity training, featuring guided 30-minute sessions or free use, combining cardio, strength, and endurance.

We also want to let you know that, thanks to your loyalty and participation, 15% of your fees are allocated to social projects that strengthen the community fabric of the neighborhood through sports. Some of these projects include:

1. No child without swimming: 1,061 children learn to swim each week.
2. Sports support in the neighborhood: 1,192 people benefit from sports through neighborhood associations.
3. Introduction to a healthy lifestyle: 391 young people aged 14 to 17 discover fitness as a tool for a healthy life.
4. Access to sports facilities for people at risk of social exclusion: 884 people have benefited.
5. Community social projects: 3,319 people enjoy sports thanks to initiatives like “Ens Movem Gòtic i Raval,” “Raval with Migrant Youth,” “Senior Gym,” “Olympia Campus,” “Women and Sports,” among others.

All of this is possible thanks to your participation and monthly fees, which make these initiatives a reality.
These facilities are special because of the people who are part of them.

Improvements and updates for 2025
To continue improving our service, we’re starting 2025 with the following updates:

1. New websites for CEM Colom and CEM Can Ricart: Enhancements in digitalization, making them easier to use, more intuitive, and with improvements in online purchases and virtual office services.
2. New nutritional guidance service: Through the Lleuresportfitness app, you’ll have access to nutritional plans tailored to your training, with the support of our technical team.
3. Higher intensity at Bootcamp: New challenges and plans to enhance high-intensity training. If you haven’t tried it yet, now is the perfect time.
4. New schedule for directed activities.
5. Project to improve locker rooms and the spa area.
6. Sustainability improvements with actions such as:
   • Installation of photovoltaic panels at both CEMs.
   • Digitalization of the pool control system and upgrading the filtration system at CEM Colom.
   • Reuse of gray water and improvements in the hot water system at both facilities.

Fee updates for 2025
To make these activities and updates possible at the centers, fees will be adjusted in January according to the proposal of the governing commission of XXXXX-2024, resulting in an average 4% increase in current rates. You can check the updated fees on the information boards at the centers.

Special christmas hours

• December 24 and 31: Closing at 2:00 PM.
• December 25 and 26, January 1 and 6: Closed.
