/></a></h3> <h3>Outdoor Box competition</h3> <p>Next Saturday, <strong>June 1st</strong>, the third Outdoor Box internal competition will take place.</p> <p>It is not a competition for elite athletes, it is designed for all of us. So, whether you have been practising <strong>CrossFit</strong> for a long time, or you have just started, do not hesitate and sign up!</p> <p>The event is designed to have a good time, it is about <strong>WODS</strong> that you will do in pairs, being able to be synchro or split exercises.
