New bootcamp schedule at the can ricart fitness room!

Starting this month, CEM Can Ricart is launching a brand-new Bootcamp schedule in its fitness room, designed to give you an even more dynamic, intense, and motivating experience!

Bootcamp is a group workout activity that combines strength, endurance, and cardio exercises in high-intensity circuits. It’s perfect for anyone looking to get fit, push their limits, and enjoy training in a team environment.

All sessions take place in the CEM Can Ricart fitness room, a space designed for high-intensity workouts.
