New activity schedule.
We present to you the new group class schedule at CEM Can Ricart!
Are you ready for the updates? We’ll introduce them below, but first, we’d like to explain the reasons behind the changes ☺
Taking into account all the feedback and suggestions you’ve given us, we’ve tried to create the most up-to-date schedule, aligned with market trends, and tailored to your preferences.
So, here are the new additions:
- Body Combat: A cardiovascular activity guaranteed to boost your dopamine levels sky-high.
- Functional TRX: A class focused on bodyweight exercises, reducing the risk of injury.
- Mind Body: Body and mind sessions combining the best of Yoga and Pilates.
- Bootcamp: A high-intensity workout where you’ll get it done in just 30 minutes.
We’re finally making your wishes come true by adding a new Zumba class on Thursday afternoons, where you can almost kick off the weekend!
To make sure everyone can enjoy the adrenaline of Fitboxing, we’re adding a total of 5 classes per week.
