Desafiate al m\u00e1ximo con Strava<\/h3>\n

Atenci\u00f3n, \u00a1Atletas!<\/p>\n

El 31 de marzo arranca nuestro RETO STRAVA que durar\u00e1 hasta el 13 de abril.<\/p>\n

Durante estas dos semanas el objetivo ser\u00e1 acumular todos los puntos posibles <\/strong>que se podr\u00e1n obtener de diferentes maneras: corriendo, en bicicleta, nadando o sumando calor\u00edas a trav\u00e9s de tus entrenamientos en actividades dirigidas y fitness.<\/p>\n

Las actividades se podr\u00e1n hacer tanto en CEM Can Ricart, en CEM Colom, como en exterior.<\/p>\n

Para participar no se requiere inscripci\u00f3n previa, pero deber\u00e1s seguir a Lleuresport Social Club en la app Strava para que las actividades que guardes en Strava cuenten<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  1. Descarga la app Strava<\/li>\n
  2. Enlaza tu app de Salud con Strava<\/li>\n
  3. Sigue a Lleuresport Social Club<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. Participa en tus actividades favoritas y gu\u00e1rdalas en tu dispositivo (reloj inteligente, puls\u00f3metro o dispositivo m\u00f3vil)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    \u00a1Es una oportunidad excelente para ponerte a prueba y competir con tus amigos! Las tres personas que m\u00e1s puntuaci\u00f3n acumulen recibir\u00e1n un premio.<\/p>\n
