Cross kids and Cross young, Outdoor Box activities for the little ones<\/h3>\n

At Outdoor Box, we aim to serve the youngest members of the family, which is why we\u2019re launching Cross Kids (ages 6 to 10) and Cross Teens (ages 11 to 15) classes. The main goal of these sessions is to establish a foundation for a healthy lifestyle.
\nHere\u2019s a brief summary of what each class involves:<\/p>\n

  • CROSS KIDS (AGES 6 TO 10)<\/strong>
    \nGroup training focused on developing basic physical skills (strength, endurance, flexibility, and speed), as well as abilities such as coordination and attention. The goal is to support the child\u2019s overall growth while establishing the foundations for a healthy lifestyle.
    \nWednesdays from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM<\/li>\n
  • YOUTH CROSS (AGES 11 TO 15)<\/strong>
    \nThese sessions are the stepping stone to adult Cross classes. They focus on specific movements such as pushing, pulling, explosiveness, and endurance, creating a solid foundation to support the child’s athletic development, healthy lifestyle habits, and eventual transition to adult classes.
    \nTo ensure proper learning, class payments will be made on a quarterly basis. If a child wishes to join mid-term, they must undergo an assessment with a coach to determine if they can start, as continuous learning is essential in this type of sport.
    \nThursdays from 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To guarantee quality, classes will be limited to a maximum of 15 students. Once the spots are filled, no additional places will be opened. So, don\u2019t miss the chance\u2014sign up your child today!<\/p>\n
