Do not be afraid, the planning is designed for all levels, each one will be able to adapt the weight and the exercises to what they need.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to train people who want to start practicing fashionable sports, get strong and do it in the most fun way!<\/p>\n<p>We offer planning with a quarterly progression, in October we start the season with Metcon classes (where aerobic capacity will be the objective to work on) and cross-country initiation classes (focusing on the technique of the main weightlifting movements so that later we can offer and enjoy of some quality Cross classes).<\/p>\n<p>Being part of the OUTDOORBOX community you will have access to 18 hours of classes taught by our main Coach and 60 hours of open box to be able to train on your own in an unlimited way.<\/p>\n<p>If you travel, or are in Barcelona for short periods, we have the option of vouchers for one, 5 or 10 sessions.<\/p>\n<p>We are committed to training our community, so starting in January, coinciding with the new quarterly planning, anyone (with no Crossfit experience) who wants to attend Cross classes will have to drop in.<\/p>\n<p>Drop In, will be the training that will be given so that anyone who attends a Cross class for the first time can take advantage of it 100%.
