Spring, sun, beach and of course, sea!!! The good weather is back and summer is coming.<\/p>\n
For all those who, like us, like the sea and the sports that can be practiced in it, we have a little gift.<\/p>\n

Of course you need the sea and these conditions to be able to practice your favorite sport, but did you know that much of what you can or could do on the board, you can improve and perfect in the fitness room?<\/p>\n
Indeed! In the fitness room of CEM Colom and CEM Can Ricart, you have a lot of material to improve your skills on a table. But not only with the material will you improve, you need to know what material, for what, how and why to use it.<\/p>\n
Your training should be focused on improving your proprioceptive abilities, working on strength, power, balance, Core and endurance to be able to perform and adapt like never before to that unstable environment that is the sea.<\/p>\n
