Special event against lung cancer at Outdoor Box

At Outdoor Box, we believe that movement goes beyond training. Every year, we dedicate a special day to a cause that touches our hearts, and in 2025 we join the fight against lung cancer.

On November 17, all our classes will turn into a meaningful and reflective experience. It will be a day to train for something bigger than yourself — to fill your lungs with air, with life, and with awareness.

The air that connects us

Alongside the special WOD, we’ll have a very symbolic activity: a balloon game that will help us connect with our lung capacity, our breathing, and the essential yet often overlooked gift of simply being able to breathe.

Class schedule (charity sessions)

These sessions will be open to everyone, members and non-members alike. You just need to sign up through the app starting November 14. Don’t forget to wear a white shirt that day!

Charity collaboration

Throughout the day, we’ll collect voluntary donations that will go to an association dedicated to fighting lung cancer. Every gesture, no matter how small, adds up and helps.

We want to see the box full. We want that day’s training to have more soul than ever. Let every rep count. Let every breath remind us that we’re alive and that we can do something for those who have it harder.

Come, join, and breathe for a good cause!

November 17: We breathe together, we fight together Special event against lung cancer at Outdoor Box At Outdoor Box, we believe that movement goes beyond training.
