Summer is here and with it, the perfect opportunity to train and cool off at the same time!

With the arrival of the good weather, we know how important it is to keep fit while enjoying the sun and the heat. That’s why we bring you the Crosswater activity that will combine the best of both worlds.

Starting this Friday, and every last Friday of the month during the summer season (May, June, July, August and September), we will be holding a special Crosswater session at 18:15 at the CEM Can Ricart swimming pool.

What does Crosswater consist of?

Crosswater is an integral training that combines the best of dry and water exercise. It is a training circuit that, on the one hand, challenges your strength and endurance through dry exercises and, on the other hand, allows you to improve your cardiovascular performance and tone your body while cooling off in the water.

This activity is ideal for those looking for a fun and effective way to stay active during the hot summer days, without sacrificing the intensity of their workout. Water is an excellent ally to avoid extreme exhaustion and, at the same time, offers an additional challenge that maximises the benefits of exercise.

Who can participate?

The activity is open to all CEM Can Ricart and CEM Colom subscribers, regardless of fitness level.

The CEM Can Ricart pool will be the perfect place to enjoy this experience, and we don’t want you to miss it. To guarantee your place, we recommend that you make your reservation in advance.

Don’t miss the opportunity to improve your strength, endurance and wellbeing in a refreshing and fun way. We look forward to seeing you!

Crosswater 2025 Summer is here and with it, the perfect opportunity to train and cool off at the same time!
