During pregnancy and postpartum, new mothers present a series of changes in their body that mark the beginning of a new life. The body must adapt to a new stage, to a new change after childbirth and pregnancy. Therefore, the changes that occur must be known in order to understand them and know how to manage them.
Training for pregnancy and postpartum recovery is a must. Physical exercise should not be resumed without having undergone a re-adaptation to the movement of bodily function.
For this reason, we are expanding our training service for pregnant women and mothers who have just given birth, so that, in group training sessions (once a week), you can assimilate the changes, learn to work with them and train them hand in hand with a specialized professional.
In order to give you the most individualized and personal service possible, the training groups will be reduced. With a minimum of 3 people and a maximum of 5.
In order to be part of the group, it will be essential to present a pelvic floor report certified by a specialized doctor or physiotherapist.
