Key aspects to keep in mind:
Unlimited choice of movements: AMT makes an infinite number of long stride sagittal plane styles possible, from ascending stairs, to jogging or running.
Engage more muscles: By increasing the pace, the activation of all the bodies’ muscles also increases.
