Training camp Outdoor Box.
To celebrate the 2nd anniversary of Outdoor Box, we want to invite you to the first Training Camp!
Mark your calendars for next Saturday, October 19th, from 9 AM to 6 PM.
A different, more complete format where you can train, expand your knowledge, and try new disciplines.
Day structure:
- 9 to 10.30 am: WOD 1
- 11 to 12 am: Talk: nutrition applied to CrossFit
- 12 to 2 pm : REST
- 2 to 3 pm: Talk: Most common injuries and how to avoid them
- 3 to 4 pm: WOD 2
- 5 to 6 pm: Restorative yoga
The goal of the training camp is to enjoy a full day doing what we love most and, above all, learning new things. That’s why it’s important to try and attend all sessions.
Regarding food, we will reserve some Poké bowls, but if you prefer to bring your own or go home to eat, feel free!
The WOD 1, WOD 2, and Restorative Yoga sessions are reserved for members of the box.
The talks are open to any Can Ricart and Colom users who wish to attend, and if someone wants to bring a friend, go ahead!
Reservations will be made through the APP.
