At the Box, since we opened, we have worked on the technique of the main exercises that make up Crossfit training.
For us, it is vitally important to create a good base, so that later the progression is optimal.
Thanks to the work we have been doing since October, in this new season WE GO UP A LEVEL.
You will see that your workouts will become more and more demanding, they will change their dynamics, giving more and more importance to rhythm, strategy, weight and perseverance.
This quarter is planned in such a way that the main weightlifting exercises will be our allies, always accompanied by a good WOD in which the metabolic demand is increasing.
We open the calendar by expanding the Cross classes, having a total of 14 hours a week and 4 hours from Metcon. In the same way that every session has a strategy, so does the distribution of classes on the calendar.
We hope you give enough importance to the Metcon classes, always combining them with your Cross classes. Remember, if our cardio is not working, we will not achieve what we are looking for, which is to be the most complete athletes possible.
