New guide activity.
From this October onwards will be adding a new guided activity to our program, the WILL POWER METHOD.
During the last few months we put on occasional sample masterclasses in order for you to get to know the method and see if you like it. As the intake has been such a success, we have decided to include it in our weekly package of activities.
For those who are not familiar, this method combines movements based on PILATES® and yoga with power calisthenics and dance elements; culminating in workouts which are safe, effective, and suitable for all levels. This is a complete barefoot body workout program for athletes, and the cardiovascular solution to calorie burning that mind and body practitioners have been looking for.
You will make use of your primary senses to unify the mind and the body, and once united, your patterns of movement will be elevated to an entirely new level. This conscientious exercise promotes secure bonds, a healthy spine, superior balance, and a strong core.
