Our fitness suite is one of the most distinctive in Barcelona. It consists of a 277m2 open space split between two floors and boasts an immediate view of the track where one of the trials for the ’92 Barcelona Olympics took place.
The suite’s spatial distribution is designed to facilitate optimum performance for our members. On the ground floor you will find the area for practical exercise where all the equipment and necessary accessories for resistance training is located. On the floor above you will find all the latest generation equipment for stamina training and cardio work.
More exercises, more activities, more technology, more equipment: MORE FITNESS.
ADAPTIVE EQUIPMENT AREA
This area has more than 15 different pieces of equipment for resistance training on all major muscle groups. The majority of the equipment functions unilaterally, that means both arms working independently of each other. Each piece of equipment is designed to adapt to any body type and any degree of fitness.
FREE WEIGHTS AREA
All the free weights material has been updated, with many elements for aficionados of resistance training. This area contains benches, weights, bars of all types and sizes allowing you to work out safely and efficiently.
ASSISTED WEIGHTS AREA
Here you will find 5 different pieces of equipment with weights incorporated. 3 of them are for lower body work, and the other 2 for upper body work. This equipment simulates free weights work in an assisted form.
PRACTICAL EXERCISE AREA
Upon entering the fitness suite you will find one of the standout pieces of equipment for practical training, an apparatus designed to facilitate a myriad of exercises using your own body weight; dynamic and lots of fun!
The new cardio training equipment is fitted with interactive technology that allows you to personalise sessions in order to regulate your training and turn what was formerly a routine work out into a dynamic daily challenge.
