We offer guided activities on a weekly basis to help you get in shape, have fun, and disconnect from your daily routine with the help of our trainers. To best get in shape, we recommend trying different activities from the following groups:
CARDIO EXERCISE

CICLO INDOOR
High-intensity activity for stamina work on single-gear exercise bikes, led by an instructor, with music for keeping up the pace. Subscription in advance at the fitness suite.
WALKING
This activity consists of walks around the city of Barcelona to improve your cardiovascular fitness. What’s more, this is suitable for everyone, thanks to its low-impact on joints and ligaments.
ZUMBA
Very fun medium intensity dance classes where we put ourselves in a very original way. Through international music and choreography very easy to follow, activity for all ages. You will get a full body workout. Move your hips !!!
SPORTOP
Activity involving free use of the racquetball court where you can play basketball, football and racquetball.
WILLPOWER
Activity that combines movements based on the alignment of PILATES® and yoga with strong athletic calisthenics and dance principles; producing safe and efficient training for all levels.
CROSSPORT
50 different minutes in each workout. You will use material and also your own weight. Increase muscle tone, increase strength and strength, lose weight and gain agility and coordination.
BODY AND MIND

YOGA HATHA VINYASA 90’(MULTILEVEL)/ YOGA HATHA VINYASA 75’ (MULTILEVEL/LEVEL 2)

HIGH INTENSITY

GRIT
30 minutes of high intensity intervalial training that will put you in super fast form. The GRIT training is based on the most revolutionary science. It combines the strength of personal training and the motivation of group work.
CROSS TRAINING
50 minutes of functional training. It is a program of strength, power and extreme physical conditioning. This is based on the functional training of basic physical abilities such as cardiovascular endurance.
