This activity consists of walks around the city of Barcelona to improve your cardiovascular fitness. What’s more, this is suitable for everyone, thanks to its low-impact on joints and ligaments.
Activity involving free use of the racquetball court where you can play basketball, football and racquetball.
High-intensity activity for stamina work on single-gear exercise bikes, led by an instructor, with music for keeping up the pace. Subscription in advance at the fitness suite.
Outdoor group activity, with one of our specialist trainers, following various routes around Barcelona. Subscription in advance at the centre’s reception desk.
Medium-intensity dance classes, highly enjoyable, to get you in shape in an alternative way, with exotic rhythms stemming from a fusion of Latin and contemporary International music.
BODY AND MIND
Postural correction activity proceeding from active holistic exercises with the aim of stretching the different muscular chains of the body to improve corporal alignment.
High-quality mobility activity based on exercises from the Pilates method in which breathing, flow, concentration and alignment work, is conducted to enhance strength and mobility.
Variation of Hatha Yoga adapted to suit all comers. Recommended for conditions such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, rheumatic illnesses, depression, stress, etc.
