This June 12th in our centers we present the Powerlifting seminar, a discipline composed of three movements: bench press, deadlift and squat; all of them executed with an Olympic barbell.
What will we work on in the seminar?
In this one-hour session, we will teach you the correct technique of these 3 movements so you can prepare for the event that will take place in our fitness rooms during the month of July.
