More news in the fitness room of CEM Colom
At CEM Colom we continue to improve and offer you new features to get closer and closer to the ideal room for all of you.
This April, we have incorporated one of the most demanded things by you: a Hip Thrust bench.
The bench can be used in 4 different ways:
- To do Hip Thrust/gluteus bridge, with your back resting on the mat and your feet on the floor. This is a movement that mainly works the gluteus muscles.
- To do Bulgarian squats, with one foot on the floor and the other on the mat. This is a movement that mainly works the quadriceps, although depending on the inclination of the core, it also works the gluteus muscles.
- To do Nordic Hamstring/excentric ischiosural, with the beds on the rollers and the knees resting on the mobile mat. This is a movement that works the hamstring muscles eccentrically.
- To do Crunch/core flexion, with the beds on the rollers and seated on the mobile mat. This is a movement that mainly works the abdominal muscles.
We have also listened to your suggestions to extend the stretching area, so on the first floor we have incorporated a grass and wood area where you can stretch in a quiet, separate and more intimate area.
And we have one last novelty! We have Wi-Fi for everyone in the room, you can ask our technicians and technicians for the key and make use of it during your training!
