A new “Repte” arrives at the fitness rooms of our Can Ricart and Colom centers. The Jumping Jacks challenge, a famous exercise that was used to punish rebellious soldiers of the US Army, but is now used in different training methods, such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
Come and participate from May 15 to 28th, doing the maximum number of repetitions in 1 minute. Again you have a chance to challenge yourself and compete against other subscribers. Our technicians will help you to perform this exercise correctly so you can practice it to participate successfully.
As always remember, it is not about being the best or the best, but about finding the best version of yourself and exceeding your limits.
