New AADD timtable.
On the 6th of May, CEM Colom will renew its timetable of group activities. We are putting together a wide variety of activities, so that members will have little excuse for not coming to visit us, get in shape, and/or get the most out of the opportunity to interact.
Firstly, we will be starting a new yoga project. Class duration will increase from the beginning, new classes will be added to the afternoon timetable and on Saturday morning, so that a detailed specification of the type of yoga and level of intensity will be offered in each time slot.
Secondly, we are broadening the scope of activities offered in the morning slot. Willpower and Booty Barre classes will be added, as well as Mind Body, Power Gac and Zumba classes.
Thirdly, the timetable for MiG days will vary. Timetable variation will be added, introducing classes like CROSSPORT in which you can perform whole body workouts in a more varied and effective way, or CORE 30’, in which you can take the opportunity to focus 100% on the abdominal area now that summer is coming.
Finally, in the afternoon/evening slot there will be some changes to the timetable. What’s more, we are introducing a new class; CROSS TRAINING. This involves a type of training based on Crossfit, in which your principle enemy is your own body weight.
