Next January 20 at 7:30 p.m., our Yoga teacher Aldana will perform a gentle yoga session.
In this class we will do work focused on recovering a state of calm and focus, to return to the balance that we lose with the accelerated pace of daily demands.
We propose a practice of joint mobility, flexibility and stretching, breathing and relaxation exercises. We will use blankets, balls and blocks to access the postures with greater ease and comfort, taking the necessary time to accommodate the body and observe the breath, something difficult in the most active practices.
We will maintain the postures from 1 to 3 minutes, allowing progressive work on the deepest muscles, to release those accumulated tensions that limit us.
Given the connection of the body, mind and emotions, with the exercises that yoga offers us, we can generate a state of consistent inner peace to face the ups and downs of everyday life.
