Breathing and hypopressive masterclass
No other exercise performs such a deep work on the internal musculature of the abdomen as the hypopressive abdominals.
By doing them, you not only work the abdominal muscles, you also exercise the pelvic floor and the transverse (the muscle responsible for marking the waist, since it acts as a girdle on both sides of the trunk).
But for this to be possible, you have to know how to breathe correctly.
