FREE WEIGHT AREA
In this space we have 5 mobile benches, 3 presses of different inclinations, a preacher bench, a rack and a multipower. In addition to bars, discs and dumbbells of different weights.
FUNCTIONAL SPACE
One of the renewed areas of our room, equipped to improve all basic physic capacities (strength, speed, endurance and flexibility). Here, you will find functional equipment such as kettlebells, a skierg, plyometric boxes, a push sled and a long etcetera.
MACHINES WITH SELECTOR
With a total of 14 machines, this is a space where you will be able to train all muscle groups. The design of the machines allows them to be adapted to everyone’s characteristics.
LEVER MACHINES
In this area we have 5 machines, precisely designed to offer a uniform and controlled resistance. They also have a locking system and easy resistance adjustment (with discs) to ensure safety during training.
CARDIOVASCULAR AREA
Our cardio machines are equipped with technology and connectivity that will allow you to create personalized sessions to monitor and measure your training, giving you a new challenge every day.
WEIGHTLIFTING AREA
Equipped with a rack and a weightlifting platform for weightlifting movements. It also counts with bars and specific discs.
PULLEYS SPACE
With a multi-station machine (with 4 pulleys) and a brand new double pulley, this is the perfect area to make your strength and/or hypertrophy training as complete as possible.
RELAX AREA
Far from the hustle and bustle of the room, a small and cozy corner covered with grass where you can relax and calm down after your most demanding training sessions.
Within our room, we offer you a range of activities to complement your training session and give you a total fitness experience.
Cross Colom
Functional training with multijoint exercises, with and without equipment, to improve your strength, speed and endurance.
Duration: 30 min.
Core
Specific training centered on the muscles that form our core. Planks, anti-extension exercises, anti-rotation exercises, trunk flexion, etc.
Duration: 15 min.
HIIT Tabata
3 blocks of Tabata (8 rounds of 20” work and 10” rest). High intensity training with your own corporal weight or light free weight in order to improve the cardiorespiratory capacity. Duration: 15 min.
Mobility
Exercises that improve mobility and flexibility, through dynamic and static stretching, movements to increase ROM, among others.
